Zip Zap has a good video of the performance boats (NT/Cig/Midnight Express/MTI).

The Cig jet ski is at the 22 minute mark.
To me the 39 MTI in light blue was the show stopper!

Where were you this week? OffshoreD needed a Cig wingman on that other thread!
This thread is several boat shows old, 2019 was that pic you referenced. I just attached the videos to this thread to show a couple of highlight reels.
You and Offshore D can watch the Cig section and check out the $48,000 jet ski or the 30 yr old Testarossa parked in front of the new 515. I like 512 TRs but not sure of the relevance to bringing it to a boat show, seemed like an after thought to fill floor space.

$2,395,000 for the 51 Cig. I love it.

This is purely my opinion, so take it for what it is worth (maybe even worthless!)
As a first time Miami Boat show attendee I was impressed with all of the boats and all of the dealers. If a guy were buying a new center console I am not even sure where you would begin. I suppose the first decision to split them would be fishing or non fishing. As far as fishing center consoles, the cat style boats seem to be the best. World Cat and Freeman, amongst others, are really making that segment strong. When it comes to non-fishing center consoles, the choices are endless but at the same time pretty similar. Hanging off the back were mainly Mercurys and Yamahas, but it is clear that Suzuki is making a run at it and is buying market share. There have been many innovations to make docking better and easier, but some of my fear is that more and more inexperienced boaters are getting behind the wheel.
Performance boats were few and far between (at least fewer and further than I expected). The Velocity that Performance Boat Center showed was just as cool as anything that PBC does, as were the Wright Performance cats that were there. At first, the baby blue MTI inside caught me off guard, but after a minute of looking at it, I loved it! For some reason, The Cig booth had allot of razzle dazzle, but nothing there for me. It will be interesting to see what Cig morphs into, but I am rooting for them as they will be a driver in the market. It was nice to see a new Black Thunder at the docks. Cash Bars DCB was cool, but was probably the wrong crowd. Just out of curiosity, I stood up on the boardwalk and watched folks for about 15 minutes as they walked buy the DCB. At SuperCatFest, there would be a pool of drool on the dock right behind it, but most people just walked by without hardly looking. Most had no idea. Maybe I missed it, but it would have been good to see the Fountain Thundercat. As far as performance boats go, a guy could see more at Lake of the Ozarks dealers on just about any day.
I am not a yacht guy, but it was cool to at least walk by them. To see a boat with a 30' beam is pretty impressive!
Maybe I say this because our home lake is Lake of the Ozarks where we see the best performance boats around on a regular basis, but I don't know that I will go back, at least for awhile.

Fit and finish on the MTI is like no other the video maker says… he needs to go look at a DCB and then say that! Lmao
