Captain's Choice Exhaust Issue
I am having an issue with my captain's choice exhaust. I have a 2001 baja outlaw with two 454s. It appears that there is 4 solenoid valves on 4 exhausts. One of the solenoid valves is not opening when I turn the exhaust on. Every other exhaust clicks open.
Is this usually a solenoid issue? How would I go about testing this issue out?

Next time you run the boat, turn the exhaust on and go back and open the stuck solenoid by hand. Then close the exhaust and see if the stuck flapper closes. Do that a couple of times and see if it helps. Could just need a little help to free it up. A weak battery can also affect the solenoids from working properly so make sure both batteries are fully charged and you don't have one (or both) that is weak and needing replacing.

I am having the exact same issue on twin 454's on my 29' Fountain.
I will try above recommendations but wondering if OP found the problem before I go chasing down many items.

Its either bad wiring or bad solenoids. I had one go bad on my boat.

Because it seems as though we can never have too many threads about Corsa issues I'll throw my hat in the ring as well .
I posted a separate thread a few weeks ago but it never gained any momentum.
At the end of my last boating season the port actuator wasn't pulling the flapper open and I assumed that I had the dreaded problem of needing a new actuator solenoid (old 4 wire harness)
Once the boat was up and idle for while I decided to start a regimen of oiling the shafts that the flappers hinge on hoping that it would help as it seemed that intermittently the solenoid would pull and hold it open.
Left the boat alone for a while and I was shocked to find that BOTH flappers were so stiff that it was hell to open them even by hand and I know that's not a solenoid issue nor did it seem that my oiling routine had helped either.
But much to my surprise after giving them a little manual exercise and starting the engine on the hose once the water in the manifolds hit them they immediately started working fine .
So the conclusion I've come to is that maybe the shafts did need lubricating and if left for a long time the internal shaft seals (which I presume do exist) must dry up and get stiff .
So, keep ya fingers crossed and maybe it's not a solenoid issue after all .
