Looks like the notch wasn’t filled in which would be the correct way to do the conversion.
looks like the drop box sticking out lower then the notch recipe for disaster

Usually on a "V" hull you don't have to fill the notch unless the boat is staggered or you have drives that are tipped inward .

Rumor has it the CandyMan is getting a Hatteras by Tracker built now!

Instead of a traditional flybridge he is going to have a dragons head on top of the cabin and it shoots fire onto the bow deck! He will no doubt be piloting it from the top of the dragons head in a concealed helm!
