Default Any yanmar dealers on the board?

Hi guys I’m building a people hauler 45-50 ft. Will I want to run yanmars and a transmission into a pair of arneson drives.
Looking for a pair of 250hp yanmars and a pair of transmissions, whats out there for transmission options for this type of set up. I was thinking of running a drive shaft between the engines and drives so the boat isn’t to azz heavy. Thanks for any info, rm.

Hey bro, there was someone selling everything you need x 3 either on here or FB . Yanmars, transmissions and Arnesons. Can't find it now but I saw it just the other day. I'll look again when I have more time.

I’m going to run a pair of 230 or 250hp 4cyl turbos they burn under 5 gal per hr at 85% cruise. I want to run a trans and 3 to 5 ft drive shaft to the arnesons. Thx again, Rm

What kind of performance are you expecting out of this setup? For what you are talking about I don’t quite see the benefit of running arneson. A people mover of that size with only 250 hp diesels is going to struggle
to get on plane. Outside of minimizing the draft I don’t see where the arneson setup will help you

I don't see how he's going to suffer getting on plane with an Arneon setup.
