Hellkat Powerboats reminds me a lot of the Canadian manufacturer "Target" that basically copied a flat-deck Skater back in the mid 2000s. They splashed a 36 bottom and built their own deck that looked very similar to a flat-deck Skater. They sold a few, but the resale was dirt cheap on them. There's a 2103 for sale online right now with big blower motors for $199k - the same year Skater 36 would be going for $325k.

Target copied a Skater, Hellkat bought the 30 Spectre mold and is making them now. The Hellkat 32 mold was also bought.

My post was not meant to be disrespectful of Hellkat Powerboats, I'm sorry if it came across that way. This new Hellkat model has very similar lines to my 30 Skater, and just reminds me a lot of what Target did back in the day with their 36 Skater clone.
