It is approx 15 miles from The Camdenton Airport to PBC. I do not know where your place is, but if iit is not down KK, you just go straight to Camdenton It is fast and easy. I was probably being a bit optimistic on how fast it takes to get there.
Just a thought: If you were keeping it in Camdenton, why piss around w/PBC just take in and out at PB2. Turn at Nichols Rd and it is a straight shot in. Cost would be less for storage and ramp fees. (Get yearly pass)
This is what we used to do, Pa Ha Tsi is the side we used, kept our trailer there when we splashed and loaded up before we went back home.
The Linn Creek storage is only about 4 miles. and The Expo is about 6? These are rough estimates!

PB2 is the state park, there is 2 launching areas State Park and Pa Ha Tsi, both very close to each other (from water, Just before you make the 90' left turn towards Party Cove to your right) Yes, there are courtesy docks at both and the main area includes the store. There is also parking at both for your truck and trailer.,Additionally between them is long term trailer parking (Seasonal)
The main no wake zone is only between Dog Days and the end of the run under the bridge where you get back on plane, but only during spacific hours during Memorial Day to Labor Day. The ramps are far enough removed from the main area waves are not an issue. There is a no wake zone just before the area going into PB2, but that is minimal.
