370ss have you been out yet in your new ride?

i have been out once for about an hour, weather had been cold here in PA. Took it easy trying to get to know the boat. That pic was when I was out. Did a couple 90 mph runs and one to hit the century mark. Pretty awesome just easing along at 80.

I wonder what boat Craig Barrie would say was the fastest straight or twin step boat when he built Cigarettes, I think the question posed by 370ss500efi is a very interesting question. There was a hot-rod Craig built, a straight bottom 38' with #6 drives and the huge Sonny Leonard motors that was on display in the 1990's at the NYC boat show at the Javits Center. I do not think it was a fast as the Mayhem boat, but I am no expert only an enthusiast.
Then the twin steps (35' 38'), and the Maximus, and 42X generation boats while being built by Skip Braver came along (continued). I wonder the same question asked, what was and is the fastest built boat of the step bottom (turbo or non turbo) generation would be a great question for Skip Braver.

Braver likely wouldn't know but Bud or Phil sure would.

Fastest cigarette ever built is the kilo boat.
I don’t know how many 1075 boats were built. A LOT though.
