I ordered my starlink about a 6 weeks ago. They said mid to late 2021. My roof mount got here last week and the Starlink came this week. I just set it up today. Super easy to setup. Too easy, I kept looking for better instructions, but basically you use the app to make sure you have no obstructions in view where you wanna put it and plug it in. My speeds with my old internet service were around 13mb/s this morning. I plugged in Starlink and it did its setup in about 5 mins and I was seeing 70mb/s. So far so good! It does have it's router or you can use your own.

The dish will find the satellites on its own. It tilts and rotates all on its own. I was worried that it would only tilt and wanted to get the best direction for it on my roof. Use the app on your phone to find a clear view and it does the alignment. I did watch a good video on youtube before installing mine. It really is too easy.
