First time I saw that, it was like watching a ‘50’s Sci Fi movie!

QUOTE=bajaman;4758012]Every time I see those boosters land on the pads I get a friggin' chill down my spine...it is so totally amazing. Lots of folk don't really like Elon Musk, but you can't argue with his success.[/QUOTE]

Why Elon Musk might no longer sell us Tesla vehicles and become an energy supplier...yes the car will be a source of energy for cities

Default Lift off!

Was on the beach for this launch and crowds were small but very energetic. It was a beautiful sight to see. Me and my son and uncle Jimmy. A memory I will never forget!!

SpaceX for the win...it just blows me away to watch these launches and recoveries of the boosters...science fiction from my '60s childhood finally coming true.

Shows how far we've come as a single serving, Facebook, Kardashian society. (I mean that in the most condescending way ) In 1970 it was a family, must-watch event. Now, a private company went to the moon with all but Star Trek like technology and it was barely even discussed on national news. As a society, we are fu#$ked. SMH
