1984 Wellcraft Excalibur Graphic
Let me start off by saying I’m new to offshore only and excited to be here. Scrolling through some threads it looks like there’s a lot of people on here With a ton of knowledge.
I’m in the process of buying a 27ft Excalibur that I have been trying to track down for the last 21years. It belonged to a long time family friend who passed away quite a few years ago. Anyway I finally tracked it down and I have someone restoring it. I’m trying to find a picture of the Excalibur graphic with the sword and the word Excalibur going through it that was on the aide of the boat. The only picture I have of the boat is from somewhere around 1987 and it’s not the clearest of pictures. If anyone on here has a nice picture of it, I would greatly appreciate it
i tried to attach the picture I have of it on here and it says I have to have 10 posts, so I’ll try and ad it as soon as I can. Thanks

Thanks for the reply John. The logo that was on the boat wasn’t quite the same as that one. The “E” in the Excalibur was more of a script style with a long swirling line on the bottom of the “E”

After comparing what you attached John, the lettering is the exact same except the bottom line of the E. That should give me something to work off of. Thanks again

that pic was off the brochure for 1985 model
and when welcraft bought the raised deck molds from frank
and made them from 1982-85
it said ECALIBUR 27 in the sides above rubrail beside front seats
didnt know of 1 leaving factory with sword on it
as welcraft did vinyl stickers on them
but here is what i think ur looking for
same as other pic just the swirled line added on end of the e

glad these pics help
pretty simple to add line to the end of the E and a music note end under the A
to the first pic sent
i personally like the pic without added line
,,,it keeps the wording in the sword with nothing hanging down below
