I'm thinking it is bs? Nothing showing in Camden, Miller or Morgan counties is lining up with those numbers.

391 BUIs at Loto but no arrests (up tilllast week) in Portland , WI, or NY ? Ummm, no.

391? Sorry but I say no way......

I boat on Cumberland and on the busiest weekend here, Poker Run there aren't even 1/16th of that number who are arrested for BUI and KDFWR officers can be pretty vigilant!

That number seems way to high. Even at the peak of partycove you maybe saw 50 of so people getting released after posting bond. I don't know if this statement it true but if you are not a full time local you also need to post bond for BWI.

Watched the video. Just thankful no one, especially on another boat or on the dock, were injured.

Wow, just watched the video. That is one of my pet peeves. D-bags jumping wakes for camera shots. He's lucky someone wasn't seriously injured or killed.
