I dont get the hate... they are making a product that competes with more engines and should end up being cheaper..... 3 450rs would cost about $165k, weigh in around 2100 lbs, and are only 1 speed transmissions with the extra drag of the 3rd gear case and extra cost to rig a 3rd engine. These 600s would offer similar performance for $154k (especially at cruise speed with the 2 speed transmissions) and reduce rigging and maintenance costs considering 2 vs 3 engines. If you can give me about the same cruise speeds while burning less fuel, reducing maintenance, opening up some transom space, all for less $$ it seems like a no brainer in the cruiser world

That is absolutely amazing. 74 MPH with that biiiig wide boat and almost 63 "limping" with one motor shut off haha. Also amazing is the amount of sound attenuation those beasts have, can only hear the water splashing noise on plane. Would be interesting to see the GPH/hr chart of those things compared to older stern drives. Thing jumped right up to 50 mph with those 2-speed trans as well.
