That's great to see them expanding the legendary "Big Thunder Marine" that Bob Morgan (RIP) started 3 decades ago.

I wonder what parcels he bought and what he plans. The lakeport facilites were closed down except for the remaining docks on the bridge side. Lakeport wrapped all the way around the point. There is a lot of land.

There was a 2nd parcel being marketed. Its at the back of cove on the bridge side.
