OMG, Tell the guy selling the black one, thanks but no thanks, and fly to FL, you'll be much happier.

All the numbers these guys are giving you are in USD so add 30% exchange and 13% tax to all of them. And being in Canada pretty well everything you need to buy for this will come from the USA and cost you a fortune. Trust me, I've done it......

I think if you look into the guys here that are giving you the advise not to take this project on you will find they are some of the most knowledgeable members here. Most have forgotten more than I know about boating.

I'd buy the compost pit boat IF it was cheap enough just to hang it in my shop.
The yellow Craigs one, MEH! Someone needs to step away from the spray bomb paint. Carbs sprayed, even the linkages, green on the dash, looks like all over the bezels and switches.
And that 6 X 9 monstrosity on the dash.
She's a Beaut Clark!
Ugh and learn to type an ad. WTF

Hang it in the shop! That's brilliant, or cut it in half and make a bar!

This is from a member here. The other guys are more knowledgeable then me but looks pretty damn clean to me. If I was serious about an off shore boat I would definitely be checking into this one. I think he's asking $30k complete but dont quote me. You may only be interested in a Cig.

357 resto project selling out

Do you, the OP, have a place to work on this boat for years without moving? If not why even consider it? The Craigslist one posted above may not be perfect but is a much better start!

I'm very thankful of all the help and guidance, I'm still going to look at this boat in the flesh and make a decision. I will take all the information and knowledge and use it to the best of my ability. I have a few friends that know what to look for and what to look at to see it worth even bothering rescuing. A friend of a friend is a fiberglass guy who has done lots of boat work. If I don't grab it he will. I'll keep you all updated with the details!!
