We are and it sucks, can't get / deliveries lost, dropped / no existing stock.....

Good guys over there at LOTO.
No issues getting hold of them, the recently purchased Herring so they might be busy now too.

did a nice job on a set of props for me.

No dog in the fight either, but are we talking e-mail crap or calling them on the phone?
There's a difference IMO.
I'd imagine they get so many BS, no sale generating, hassle questions either way, and way more via e-mail that they have to draw a line somewhere.

I call someone, no answer, no call back. I move on down the line.
E-mail, I have some leniency. Actually don't even use the e-mail if I want results.

FJ home base is Fort Lauderdale I think, so he's got someone in his home state for sure.

In all honesty, purpose of question was not to trash Brett and his crew. I did place 9 calls starting 4/29 and calls were not answered. Line sounded wierd like maybe disconnected? Tried emailing twice in same time frame. I concluded that maybe Covid got them. BUT......I did get an answer to my email yesterday! I have sent Brett three pairs of wheels in last six months. I like their work. Sending him another pair of wheels this week. I am a contractor in FL and manufacture hurricane shutters here in FL as well. So I am kinda familiar with customers freaking out and calling, especially when a storm pops up. So, I believe all is well. Thanks to everyone for their input. I am happy to see Brett and his crew is alive and well!

I just bought some Hering wheels and put two calls into Hering last week. These folks did answer each call. Very willing to help!
