Haha - no head in this one. I actually carry one of those RV portable toilets. There are definitely some benefits to that - NO ODOR. I just spray it out when we get home let it dry out and it smells brand new. I think I'm actually happier with that arrangement than my head in the cafe....

I am sorry but you guys are gonna have a hard time convincing me that a 50 or 100 pounds placed “anywhere” is a 12,000 pound boat is going to affect the handle characteristics.
It has been my experience (my 12,000 pound Tiger) that you’re gonna have to drag a tad bit of tab to control the porpoising in anything other than pretty bumpy water.

Like I said, every flat deck Cig I've been in with any weight in the front F*CKS the CG up. Then again, I agree with you Kelly, all straight hull cigs need a little tab down, drives kicked out a bit, lifts the azz up a little and loosen it up and kills the porpoise in calmer water. That's why I was soooooo impressed with those drive plates AJ put on our Cafe. Crazy difference. I also agree that the stuff pulled out of the bow of his Tiger doesn't seem to be capable of making a difference.
