I have property in Wenatchee, WA. Town is along the Columbia River and boated on it many times. Its a big river. Its too bad they built dams on it. Would be fun to boat the entire thing.

Default Would love to!

I’m on the west side of the mountains and fairly new to boating, usually hit the Puget sound but and have gone to Chelan once this year. Would love to boat the Columbia, where about are some good spots to go? I know of crescent bar and went there as a kid but haven’t been in 20+ years.

I was just in Vancouver, WA 2 weeks ago and stayed right on the Columbia river. Looks like a great place to boat.

Border is still closed to non essential travel. So my summer plans won't include going to the Columbia River or Chelan.

Yes it's awesome, you can go all the way around and up the Willamette river to downtown Portland waterfront and there is the sandbar off of Government island to hang out on also. Water can get decently choppy if you have a smaller boat you may get beat up.
