Default Eva flooring from China how long does it last

Anyone have experience with eva flooring longevity? I'm in Ontario and our boating season is max 6 months .Most eva has a 3 year warranty. But will it typically last longer than 3 years??
thx

More important question, what toxic chemicals is it giving off that you're breathing in etc?

Why not just get Lonseal? How many sq/ft can a cockpit be, not worth the small savings IMO.

I hate my Lonseal. Scorching hot in the sun and stains that I can't get off of it.
My Chinese black EVA is cool and gets dirts just as quickly as my friends name brand EVA on his cruiser.
I'll probably use pontoon Seagrass when I pull up my Lonseal. They have a nice gray/silver that my friend did a cruiser in.

BTW...loved my Lonseal install but apples to oranges.
