Gps $199.99 !!!!
I found a real bargain today!! Boaters World is clearing out a EAGLE GPS unit ($199.99 on Ebay.... however I went to my local Boaters World store, apprised them of the Ebay sale & they matched it! So I saved the shipping charges also. Now it gets better, I bought a second unit for my Sonic and got an additional 5% off. If you have or buy a Captains card you get a a certificate in the mail for 11% of the total purchase. This is well over 50% off retail of $399.99 ..... You better jump on this deal.

Yes, it will display speed.
It is a full function GPS 12 channel unit. This is a HOT deal. It is NOT a handheld unit. it mounts to the boat & the package includes the antennae too. This gives you a speedo & GPS for less than 1/2 the cost of a GPS speedo by itself.

That's not what I had in mind. I don't want an empty hole in my dash. I've already ordered the Gafrig guages to complete my set. I ordered a new GPS speedo, but didn't order the antena , for now. I need a bigger GPS anyway and I want one that can share an antena.
Will this one do this?

Payton,
I do not know if you can "share" the antennae with the GPS or not. I understand that the GPS Speedo is supposed to interface with GPS units, but I do not know if it is ALL GPS units or what. Gaffrig or Nordskog (also a gps speedo) can/should be able to answer that question. I do know this GPS can be flush mounted in the dash & I am doing that on my Formula 312 to replace a Raytheon unit. This GPS is also updateable with Map Create software to all inland waterways, cities, streets & highways. There is also a magnetic mount adapter included for the antennae so it could be used in a car also. There are 13 different screen configurations I believe and speed is on several of them.
This really is a nice unit and easy to read..... for the money. A $1500-2000 unit undoubtedly will do more. This is enough for me!
