Lots of pictures, make a YouTube video of it running, have all of the paperwork in a binder , price it correctly even a few thousand below market , schedule everyone who wants to look at it around your schedule ( I usually pick one day in the morning on a Saturday or Sunday and everyone can show up) the serious people make themselves known.
