Or at the very least disclose what should be done with approx cost. Most buyers are going to expect to have to do some repairs, updates etc. Just minimize any known surprises.

It's " only " an $80,000 boat how much work would you do to make the deal go through? Lots of pictures, make a YouTube video of it running, have all of the paperwork in a binder , price it correctly even a few thousand below market , schedule everyone who wants to look at it around your schedule ( I usually pick one day in the morning on a Saturday or Sunday and everyone can show up) the serious people make themselves known. If your in to it 8 hours that $1000 per hour tax free by my calculations.
