They did not provide any in the release but I have reached out. Chances are, it won't be particularly "fast" as their are limitations with existing props for that engine.

I don't know, but with those engines you have almost $160,000 on the the transom.

Thanks Matt,
Yeah Cosker and I had a conversation a couple of weeks ago about that issue with the 600's, as of, right now.....

That engine would be a cool stern drive package, as an out board it looks pretty stupid! like 2 refrigerators back there why not add a beer tap to it? the marinized kegerator propulsion unit by mercury

What is the power to weight ratio of a 600HP V12 outboard versus their 565HP V8 stern drive? That 600 is an amazing practice in outboard packaging but would be considered weak in front of a stern drive, no?

funny thing is i have a outdrive manufactured here in ny in the early 80s the company was called american challenger the unit is beefier than a trs and the lower unit swivals for steering they made their own engines but for some odd reason used a v belt driven external oil pump it had no exaust manifolds as the exaust went thru the heads to exit the rear cool engine and drive!
