We will be avoiding that area for sure. Tacky as f*ck and when I said that on the Maimi F1 page was met with some bad words lol.

We are going and have grandstand seats but events with the race have been a **** show at minimum so far.

I’m a rabid F1 fan but American ownership was the last thing they needed. A contrived result to end the 2021 championship, concocted drama from the drive to survive series, benign and poorly conceived tracks from Herman Tilke, and a cost cap. **** that - let them design, spend and race. It’s always been the most technologically advanced big boy playground in the world - why stifle it. Historic tracks and ownership that isn’t looking for a monetization event is what we need, not fake lakes…..

Agree to some extent but I actually think they did need to have a cost cap otherwise you get what we saw for the past few years. A superior car that you could put anyone in and dominate the series. F1 has a glimmer of hope of becoming a race series again but if they abandon the historic tracks like Monaco, Spa, etc. they will continue to lose fans. Oh and get some better announcers.

Well, you should absolutely move to another country. Make something illegal or capped because YOU don't like it? Are you actually being serious?

Apparently the newest fashion statement in F1 is pants made of wonton noodles and all of the large strippers at the huge strip clubs are wearing them. No thanks, I'll take a hard pass.

OK, was there tonight. I recant the cheesy marina statement. The whole venue is badazz. Yeah, there are boats on fake water, but the whole fkn show is a VIP experience. Everything is gonna be a blast! Its literally like a small VIP party city. There are several sets of grandstands and about eight 3 story buildings built on the track. Each building has about 20-25 VIP suites. Think of going to the nicest club you've ever been to and had a VIP table area - well, they have a few hundred VIP booths that are decked out and badazz Miami style. Its over the top. Several massive top notch food joints in a food court style presentation everything is white tables and white table cloths. In the main area, it has turf and everything is decorated, probably 100 x 100 yards food, vendors, F1 experiences, shwag. Its going to be a blast!

I watched the first two practices yesterday, looks to me they went all out for this event, nice venue but there seemed to be several spin-outs but the track is wide enough in the turn's to allow them to get back running fairly quickly.
