Default Fitting new stainless exhaust manifolds to mercruiser 8.1

Hi there boating enthusiasts,
I need some help connecting up some new raw water cooled stainless exhaust manifolds to my mercruiser 496 engine. There seems to be tee joints and all sorts of plumbing at the bottom of the original dry joint exhaust manifolds!
Just need to know what gets bypassed and how I connect it up. The new manifolds only have one hose attach point at the bottom. Has anyone done this swap of exhausts before?
Any help would be much appreciated

Pictures of what you have would help with guidance.

Was hoping it was a common swap, doesn't seem like anyone has swapped their manifolds out.

OP,

which manifolds/exhaust did you get? I’m about to do this on my 496 stroker.

I got the Hi-tek manifolds, these are Australian made. I worked out what to do now! The tee fitting bellow the original manifolds is just a manifold drain.
