Ive only been to Loto once in the winter, but I don’t think anyone is worried about putting a lift down in the winter

The winter draw down is about 5-6' and often last until mid May.
There are a few people in my condo complex who have the slips closest to shore and they could not get their boats off the lifts in late Sept because the water was down a few feet already.

gotcha, so it’s more of a “all seasons but summer” draw lol

Love boating in the fall and winter. It’s nice to be able to lower lift in winter and go for a cruise when the sun pops out. A sunny 35-45 degree day makes for nice cruising around the lake and scratching that winter itch.

60 and full sun tomorrow, there will be boaters out. Poly will be busy building shallow tube lifts for the docks.

Wintertime boating is especially nice with all of the outboard boats. Not that it is overly expensive but a guy does not have to worry about winterization every time.
