Sure looks like it to me. I've seen it slipped before at Land's End at LOTO.

remember seeing this boat in 2019 before the keywest poker run sitting at haulover on a trailer. was very clean and well kept then, inside and out.

I understand what IGetWet means and I've felt the same way many times when I've seen a lot of boats. If someone can afford to buy a toy like a boat, I assume they'll take some pride in it and can afford to take care of it properly. Unfortunately it's not always the case. Fortunately it shows who are really passionate about it and those who aren't.
