I do enjoy the tolerance over at River Dave’s .


It is such a shame that this site is circling the drain these days from the lack of participation by past members that have either stepped away from boats , or lost interest in the site or passed. Gino being brought up the other day is a perfect example of a steady source of laughs and entertainment usually at his expense.

It’s been 20 years since I stumbled upon this site and couldn’t wait to contribute what I could for entertainment for the other members as I was entertained by other’s contributions.

It’s going to be a shame when this site bites the dust and all the great contributions of history through conversations with those that lived it as well as the endless pictures from the past.

Then there is all the technical knowledge throughout the last couple decades as well as some hilarious threads with endless friendly banter. When I first got on the site it was like walking into Cheers and suddenly everyone knew your name.

OSO moderators take a hint. Also allow free access to the uncensored section for tenured members . 🙀

There is still the most archived info on here than anywhere else. hope it’s always here but there is some editing / regulation that is bs. I was shocked they deleted 2 pages of the cig run thread because of BTM cheerleaders. That was a harmeles thread.

Agree with the degradation of this site. It’s following Main Stream Medias Liberal agenda. Secret Service director stated there was no agents on roof because it was pitched and a safety issue!! The counter snipers were on a roof with a greater pitch. Director cheatle nneds to go now!!
