Wildman,

Not far enough off his rocker. Harris needed to go big with the lunacy. In case you haven't noticed, the Left has made a staple of redefining "hyperbole" since 2015. Can't let off the gas now, with the cliff so close in sight.

Thanks. Brad.

Walz has no enemies in the party. Kelly and Shapiro had some.

Also, his eloquent way of summarizing Trump and Vance as "weird" has landed much better than Harris' comments about the coconut tree.

She did not get support in the Democratic Party primaries because she did not take enough fringe left wing positions. That is a good thing as she now needs to attract the votes of American voters who don't color their hair pink and eat vegan food.

The people who vote in Democratic Party primaries will definitely vote for her now, just like they voted for Biden.

You have to remember that Trump's approval rating was terrible in the last year of his presidency.

Markus,

The problem with that is that she IS the "pink hair vegan" champion, but she's always tried to curry favor from both the moderate and the radical Left. She has taken some of the most progressive stances imaginable, but now she's trying to flip-flop. Her problem is that the moderate Left aren't buying it, and the radical Left aren't (will never be) satiated. In reality, she's one tiny click to the Right of Bernie Sanders, and she picked someone giving Sanders a run for his destructive money. There are more formerly Democratic voters who are now voting for Trump than those who have jumped on the Kalama bandwagon. She's enjoying a brief honeymoon, but the Trump campaign hasn't begun really digging into her record.

We went into 2017 knowing his approval rating was going to be skewed and used as a bludgeon, and we saw how the Left made sure nothing got done to allow it to improve. Meh.... We go by Trump's record up until the pandemic, after, we (including you) were along for the ride. The US would have fared fair better had the Democrats not used the pandemic to win an election, obstructing literally every measure the administration attempted to implement to try to mitigate the damage. But I shudder to think how bad it would have gotten in the US had Hillary been in there and had Leftist congressional support. Ick....

Thanks. Brad.

Part of Trumps perception has been bolstered by the media in this country. They are almost completely bias and most are no longer real journalist but propagandist, even regular cable & network TV programing reflects the same. The naratives they push are what people consume, we all have some level of bias and they know what buttons to push. Couple that with an education system that pushes identity along with a media which will no doubt do & say anything to prop her up this will be a tight election against socialist although many people have come to realized what they were pushing on the masses in the past are false and didn't stand up.

I don’t like to talk politics, only boating related topics. And I disagree with Jayboat, I’m republican and voted for Trump. BUT I enjoy looking at Jayboats memes, especially the most recent one.
