I have noticed, with both Republicans and Democrats, that those that rely on memes are pretty mindless and are basically sheep for their "team". Folks that rely solely in these must lack the intelligence to fully articulate their own thoughts. It may be anecdotal, but it seems like those that lean to the left rely on these memes more. Please expand on how the GOP is hindering support to the affected area. This cartoon is the first inclination that Republicans are being the opposite of helpful.
