Most recent swing states polls are leaning Trump.
for Harris to have a realistic shot at winning she needs 4-5% lead…we all know most people don’t reveal they are Trump supporters.
this one might be a landslide in November…reminisce of 2016. Wouldn’t surprise me. The average American is stupid…but not stupid enough to want 4 more years of this….

The bottom line is that he can state whatever he wants, but any bank or underwriter that has a vested interest in the value of the property and is willing to use it to collateralize a loan, it is thier professional and legal responsibility to take the time for due diligence to determine a current market value.
That has nothing to do with Biden, Walz or Harris.

I think it will be close, as in 51% for whoever wins. The winner will declare that gives them "sign" to push ahead with no compromise. When really all it means is 49% of the people will be pissed.
The thing I am wondering is what the loosing side will do, believe the election or claim it was stolen. I can see either claiming that at this point.

It is the lending institutions responsibility to their stakeholders to verify both of these. The only two that should be concerned with income/value is the borrower and the lender. It is really nobody elses business.
It is amazing how liberals rest on this while, between the Clinton's and the Biden's, we have had 2 of the absolute most corrupt administrations ever. I do not think that Harris is smart enough to be intentionally corrupt, but you can bet that her "behind the scenes" handlers are!
I hope and pray that in 4 years we can get back to some mutual respect in politics. Until then, though, we need somebody in office that has shown actual results and has a plan. Harris/Walz have touted me any issues, but almost no details at all.
I am sorry that Trump hurt any feelings........

I just noticed something fairly interesting. The IBEW Union is fairly strong in our town as we do quite a bit of electrical manufacturing. I just drove by the Union Hall and there are probably 15 political signs in the yard and not a single one of them supports Harris/Walz

You have perfected the "I'm rubber, you're glue" debating style. Congratulations!
From tweeter:
Take a second to digest the week Trump just had:
• Trump stole more than $2 billion dollars from the government
• He sharted himself in the middle of a public speech
• Trump was secretly helping Putin in 2020, leaving him subject to blackmail
• He called Putin more than a half dozen times while he was in possession of half a dozen boxes of classified documents
• Elon is rigging Twitter to help Trump while spending hundreds of millions on his campaign
• The Trump administration killed the investigation into a Supreme Court Justice that saved him from a criminal trial
• Trump lied about red states not receiving disaster aid while Republicans are accusing Biden of controlling hurricanes
What the polls are saying: Harris-51%/Trump-49% chance of winning
We live in the twilight zone
