So Trump did not own Mira Lago but developed documents indicating he did? Did he pay back all of his loans? All of them?
It's not fraud. Too bad for you and your ilk.

YOU DAMN STRAIGHT its the banks fault if they took DJT's word and didn't bother investigating anything!
Wally,

Not to mention DeutchBank testified recently that the granting of the loan(s) was entirely based upon the dozens of previous loans that were paid back, in full and on time, and had nothing to do with any valuation of any of his properties.

This is just another nothing-burger they keep trying to feed us, but only half of us have the gullible appetite for.

Thanks. Brad.

Actually, Dave, I have employed people for well over 30 years and I have always given them room to make decisions. Sometimes they make mistakes, but 95% of the time they could very well make decisions better than I. My dad always told me to surround myself with strong people.

In Harris's case, she did not grab hold of really anything and do anything about anything (the "word salad" is intentional, btw). Great employees rise, and she did not do crap. The illegal migrant problem was one of the initiatives given to her. What kind of grade would you give her on it?

Lets start with one very simple question for you. She states that she is going to lower food prices. Can you, or any Harris supporter tell me how she is going to do it? I honestly cannot find any details at all, just that she is going to lower them.

It's not fraud.
He lied about the value about his assets. The higher the value, the lower the risk for the lender. The lower the risk for the lender, the better the terms for the borrower. Therein consists the fraud.

This is pretty basic finance...

Markus,

Again.... This is all predicated on the notion that the bank is ignorant of the value of the asset. They are not. They base the terms of the loans according to their own assessments, not the word of the borrower. Which is why DeutchBank testified there was no fraud.

Just. Stop.

Thanks. Brad.

Sutphen,

Not "almost"... That is a definitional example of a quid pro quo. Being cryptic doesn't redefine the word. If Trump had said something to that effect, we'd have all been witness to a THIRD sham impeachment.

Thanks. Brad.
