Well you’re persistent if nothing else. The DOL has a special wage class for employers of foreign guest workers. It’s call Adverse Minimum Wage Rule. Its purpose is to prevent employers from displacing citizens to hire foreigners. This pay rate is set by DOL and is region specific.

You do realize your proving my point. Your the problem. I'll ask again how many citizens of America come looking for work on your farm? Do they accept the special wage? Few questions you seems like your telling the truth. How much more would you have to charge Americans for your products if you had to pay double the wages to hire Americans. Next question do you think an Americans would really be willing to work for you?

[QUOTE=VelocityDave;4912444]Dave,
Um.... No. He clearly stated that, once they declare that they are immigrant status, it is ILLEGAL not to hire them, due to discrimination law. My reference to Aunt Nacy's ridiculous assertion is in that Democrats like to pass dumbazz bills with absolutely zero consideration to where they might lead. Here's a hint: They lead to this happening.
Thanks. Brad.

Dave,
How on EARTH is it the employers' fault when the State mandates they CANNOT not hire them, AND mandates what they HAVE to pay them?
No. YOU'RE proving OUR point: Democrats don't think literally ANYTHING through. They let it fall out of their mouths and them blame it on someone else.
Thanks. Brad.
