You have to be in this country legally to get a LEGAL ss card. There are 100’s of thousands of individuals here with high quality forged ss cards. When you combine that fact with the anti discrimination warning at the top of every I9 form ( which says the employer cannot ask for verification of anything in section one).
Section one includes all the legal status questions.
The remaining columns are where the doc #’s are to be listed. These doc’s are to be the sole validation.
All are routinely forged and are of variable quality.
The I9 states that these doc’s have to have a “reasonably genuine appearance”. Labor attorneys complain that the wordage is subjective and given the farm scenario with predominantly minority workers has lead to discrimination violations.
Our attorney advised us not to reject anything that the employee submitted as long as the dates and signatures were in place. His advice was that we would have a more precarious legal footing by rejecting the I9 vs accepting one with suspicious doc’s.
E verify finally cleaned this up in 2023. (In Florida).

Hoodoo hires illegals or immigrants cheaper then Americans. The government does not tell Hoodoo he has to hire them or be charged with discrimination. Read that carefully it is not that hard of a concept. I just got done playing golf. I'm retired and don't have to work another day in my life. I'm starting to see why JayBoat posts memes your grasp of reality and written words is limiting you,
Thanks Dave
Dave,
Again with the “Nuh-uh”, huh?
Sit down. Let the adults speak.
Thanks. Brad.

From the sounds of it, he doesn’t use the other account at all. So all he’s here for is to stir sh!t and embarrass himself, so….
Thanks. Brad.

I have my doubts about your claimed income, but it’s irrelevant. Can you build those elevators from scratch? Even if they give you prints and schematics? No? Thought not. I can. There is no debate over intellectual depth here. That has long been established. The question you have to ask yourself if you could make anywhere near what you did without the union propping you up. And, again, I have my doubts.
Thanks. Brad.

Well you’re persistent if nothing else. The DOL has a special wage class for employers of foreign guest workers. It’s call Adverse Minimum Wage Rule. Its purpose is to prevent employers from displacing citizens to hire foreigners. This pay rate is set by DOL and is region specific.
How much more would you have to charge Americans for your products if you had to pay double the wages to hire Americans. Next question do you think an Americans would really be willing to work for you?
I thought the “good libtard mantra” was “no one is illegal”?
Farmers are just like any businessmen, higher labor costs aren’t a problem as long as my competitors have a similar burden. It always filters down to the consumer.
So the real question is are you good with a 40$ union produced head of lettuce?
My guess is you’d squeal like a pig.
