Default Aronow/USA 39 CAT

Anybody know where there are any usa/aronow 39 cats for sale. I am looking for one with no power for my cousin. I seem to ask the board once a year for help in tracking down what's available. there is one in my area for sale with no power and they want crazy money for it. thanks

James

I am familiar with the lack of performance perspective and my cousin is not interested in going fast. He just really likes the lines on it. I agree with him and think it is a mean looking boat. I don't have any first hand experience with them but i have heard from more than a few folks that they tear up rough water( 8-10 footers) albeit at 45-50 mph and are a fun boat to cruise around in. I am looking to find a bare bones hull for (15k max for the right one) him as he has expressed an interest in doing this project. the 39 express cat is also nice but i don't think he is interested in that one. THanks

If any body knows of any laying around please PM me or shoot me an email at [email protected]

I bet we could fit about 10-12 bikini clad beauties at the start of the cruise and hopefully finish up with 10-12 naked beauties.

There is a guy on the board that is redoing one but I'm not sure if it's to sell or keep. Screen name is DeJaVooDoo. Shoot him a PM.

I remember that boat from last year. That was kevlar if i remember correctly. I am actually looking for a fiberglass hull. I 'll pm dejavoodoo some time this weekend. It apparantly is easier to do glass work on fiberglass rather than kevlar. thanks bro

used to be one at GCB or something like that down at loto probably what your looking for bare hull sitting there. the company went out of business ill try to find out were the hull went. perhaps tbone or ssherman might have an idea as thier up on the various boats around the lake it seems. how about tbone or ssherman you guy's remember the brothers that use to own the Rinker boat business on 54 by wal-mart then moved down to the old hillbilly town go cart track they used to have a 39 Aronow cat paint in tiger stripes and before that it was painted green and red and yellow a real tank. hell even my old fountain used to walk away from it. i think they had problems keeping drives in it bravo's
good luck
