We as boater's have picked one of the most impractical passtime sports or hobbies. It's expensive, boat's break, boat's cost alot...there is no positive aspect. Having said all that I cannot find a better way to spend my time with family and friends!! I have tried to find other things to take it's place, nothing comes close!! In my opinion, there is not a better time to purchase a boat-than right now! Alot of manufacturer's have not raised prices from last year. Banks are offering the best interest rates of all times. The product's manufacturer's are coming out with today are so far ahead of what they were making just a few year's ago. If you are in the position to purchase a new one, GO FOR IT!! Get in where you fit in!! Whatever you decide, just keep boating!!

Last year I went to the Miami Boat Show. Was at the Velocity Booth and saw the new VR1. I was offered a trade on my Velocity for a new one. This was an unbelievable deal! I, also was concerned about the econy. At the time, I was employed at a large car dealership in sales. After rolling the deal around in my head several days, I stepped up to the plate, and did the deal. Since then a friend of mine and I have formed a new partnership as a Velocity dealer. Now I have six new boats! I have already made some deals with trades. What I've noticed is the boat they are trading is the boat someone else is looking for. I hear of talk about the slower, sluggish econmy. Call me crazy, but I just can't find where it is.. You are the one who will make the final decision...Good Luck! Hey, check out my new website. (Still under construction) Take a sneak peak! www.4bigboytoys.

New Boats
H2Xmark, Go ahead and make the jump. I have never seen a Wells Fargo truck at a funeral. I have been wanting a 390 velocity since the year after I bought my new 97' 26 velocity at the miami boat show. I hoped that one day I could afford one. Well if I had decided to wait, I realized I would never own one. I bought one a couple of months ago and have never regreted it yet. I agree with JesseJames, you never know when your time is up. I am living my dream now, I'll pay later.
