If you haven't been following the news, our supposed allies, the French, have said they won't help in any action against Iraq.
In case you are wondering just how the absence of the French might affect any war effort, well, I did a little research...

Why would we want someone to help us in a fight that has a reputation for getting their asses kicked. You would think that with the way they dress that they would at least have SOME fighting ability by now!

I seem to recall that there are a few crosses on a particular beach in France called Normandy. American crosses. And those who did not become one of those crosses on that fateful day helped liberate the French from Hitlers troops. But hey...what's in a memory anyway
