Cigarette Wind Deflectors
Do wind deflectors really work?
Do they obstruct vision?
Will they get me more chicks?
Where does an average joe such as myself find a pair of those Cigarette type flip up deflectors?
Can I make them myself? or is it better to buy?

The wind deflector has always been one of my issues. On a Top Gun the two outside with out the center works best. The center deflector drives the wind directly into your face. When I stopped putting the center one on every other phone call was how "My Top Gun is missing a flip-up". So I put it back. Later I went to the straight across one as a new style and improved deflector. That first appeared on the Tiger. The chicks I can't answer the Gun should do that. Craig

In the latest Gaffrig catalog they offer windscreens. I use the Windaways on my Sonic and they are great. They divert the wind just over the top of my head when standing. I love the wind in my face but after 1/2 hr it is annoying.

Aluminum Marine Products in either Ft Lauderdale (or Miami?) makes them for Cigarette.
I put a new style set on my 38 Flat Deck 38.
They help alot & dont obscure vision (on my boat anyway)
