I'm going to buy a new one from the chevy parts manager my brother knows. Replacement grill (billet , 3 piece) and Bow tie(billet) for around 160.00-170.00. I'l be getting it at wholesale which is his actual cost.

As an FYI, I picked up the parts locally for under $120...but they were aftermarket.
If you put it on yourself, I had the best luck cutting the old one off with a Dremel tool...it's pretty tight to use a jigsaw.
Here's how it came out (the chrome emblem is going on today):
The pic is kinda bad, but it's polished aluminum, not stainless.

Dremel is the way to go.
He and I also will and have got the third piece. I goes in the bumper (bottom of your pic)
What auto parts store? do you know the part # For all of the stuff you got?

I got it from a local (So Cal) manufacturer...one of those cash deals direct from the manufacturer. However, it sounds like you may have got a better deal, if you include the bottom piece. I paid around $80 for the grill, and around $20 for the emblem.
