shorty, too bad you are having trouble with the condo. Hopefully we dont have a legal headache brewing at our place right now. I guess it just goes with the turf. When you buy a condo, you are sleeping with everyone the builder slept with!!!
Gaspipes, Palisades, we will have to get together soon. I am about to make the call on opening the boat, maybe in a couple of weeks.
