Rick, let me know the next time you're in town. I live 15 minutes from Chester.

I splashed Friday afternoon in the James River. Everything worked as described!! Because of debris in the water I wasn't able to open her up, but I can certainly tell the difference. I can't wait to get it into some big water. Maxx is still working on my final wing plates and reservoir bottle, but the temporary set up I have works fine. I can take my hands off the wheel and nothing moves - stays on a straight line.

Steve has proven to be the perfect choice for this proto-type, he knows his way around a motor and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. He, also, has the patience of a saint; with a new system there is always something that needs changing or modifying.
We are experiencing a delay problem with our laser cutter source I am waiting on more wing plates and few parts for Steve's new wing plates. We have learned a valuble lesson with out-sourcing: DON'T DO IT!!! as soon as we are able, we will be purchasing our own CNC plasma arc cutter so we won't be faced with this situation in the future. Everything else is going great, we have just performed our first function on a CNC lathe/turning center and are very pleased with the results.
