I have boated Cumberland, Loto and Put in Bay and I can tell you that Loto is indeed a 24/7 washing machine. There's drunken folly around the clock. Put in Bay is a little more civilized and has roughly a hundred times fewer boats concentrated together. Cumberland is a sleepy little backwater compared to the other two. I kept my Wellcraft there for a year or so. If you are not with friends and don't dig the Nature thing chances are you will not have a ball. If, however, you enjoy smooth, clean water in stretches greater than 100 miles long, it's the place for you.
