JOEY! Your thread reminded me that I REALLY don't need three cups of Starbucks loaded with fattening vanilla creamer right now!!! LOL! Now I am having a bad day!
Seriously though, congrats to all of you losing weight! That's great!
I find that eating oatmeal in the a.m., then small meals more often works for me. Still, I have to start training next week. Summer's coming!!!

yep...every morning...1 cup plain oatmeal, w/1 designer pro, 3 packs of equal...6 jumbo egg whites with salsa...1 hour later 1 chicken breast...and so on...i just have a tad more...mainly sub q crap...but at least my leg is now bigger than my waist...but i'm never happy!...let me know if any of ya need help...
