Of those boats Sonic , Pantera if you boat in flat go with the Velocity. Fountains are great but the 27 is a very small boat. The rest are good but ya' give up something to get another. Go with a more custom builder...resale will be better.

Talked wth a Guy this weekend who rode in a Procharged 496 288 Sunsation. Said was really nice boat, but due to lay out with saddle tank and other items, when she took flight, always landed kinda on her side.......not once or twice, but everytime.
Apparently an issue with weight distribution. Was told Sunsation knows about this issue. All persons were distributed evenly in cockpit as was all gear thru out boat. Was also told engine is offset slightly to compensate some ?
Just what I was told, take it for what its worth. Overall boat got high marks, even had AC !
As for all boats mentioned, all of them are nice, some are alot nicer than others. Have to remember re-sale value also down the road. The Sonic would be a better overall choice, roominess, solid quality construction, good rough water ride. Relative has a 26 Procharged Sonic Prowler, 80-82GPS in right conditions, high 70's all day long !
Good luck with your choice......remember its what like and want, & what you plan to do with her, not what somebody else likes or thinks. We all just provide impute and personal experiences, you have to make & live with your choice....personal preferences.

Call and ask for Tom Jr (btw: he IS a schmuck, but the boat is nice) . Ask him if he still has the 272 traded in from Va Beach on a PQ 340.
No idea on hours. Maybe Macklin will chime in here.
Engine box pic. Stainless marine exhaust, Guardian flusher, and did I mention how clean??

A lot of good information on here.....
I know ultimately it comes down to what I like, but opinions are very helpful, they may point out something I would not have noticed until I had already bought and would be dissapointed.
I think of the boats I am interested in there are going to be trade-off's, its a matter of picking what fits our needs, and budget.
So agiain, thanks everyone for their helpfulness..

Chris, you should definitely check out my 272. Great boat! I loved it. And apparently faster than most. She would run 68 with the mirage prop (that's on it) and 67 with a bravo which she really liked better. Just not enough boat for the lower Chesapeake and Atlantic waters. Had about 200 hours on her when she went up to Ducky's.
Here's my favorite pic:
