Default It is Cold & Raining. I Am Sick to My Stomach.

Well, it is 47 and raining. The weekend looks OK but iffy. My wife wants a bigger boat (I used to have a 33ft Donzi that I sold because the hull was a POS) but with the summers shortening it is hard to justify $1000 a month + fuel + slip + food + drinks + insurance + +++++++++++++ It is tempting and with rates so low and sellers so scared it is the best time in 10 years. I saw 5.125 for 20 years Thats a deal. It looks like the X may come in handy now and a slip would not be needed so it may be time to shop.....if I can dig out of the snow bank forming right now Just ranting on a cold and wet Friday. Hey how is LOTO? It is only 12 hours from here

I hear ya. Record amounts of rain forecasted for this weekend, I am currently boatless and debating on whether I want to have all that money sitting on a trailer if the weather is not going to improve.

Hey Nick, Rags was flying back to Seattle today, I bet this weather made him homesick. It reminds me of living in Portland Oregon.

Tell me about it, Cuda...Three straight days with scattered storms...I can't take it anymore!

I was planning on heading out around here too Mitch, but this weather sucks, not to mention the low water conditions. It can only get better though, maybe by next week we'll have some warm weather finally. Later , Darren

I am sitting here with a ski boat on the hoist behind my house, & a Black Thunder in my driveway, and it's the Friday before
a holiday; sounds like an opportunity for a good time, not if you
live in Michigan!!!! I just canceled our reservation for 2 nights in a slip in downtown Chicago, this s_ _ _s, I don't get to many 3 day weekends. Gotta run, I need to get to the post office to mail the boat payment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
