It depends on what you want to do with the boat. If I had the money, I would buy a cat over a V-bottom. I'm with xxxtreme171 though, I would want a cabin no matter what.

Just ran the first 36 Nor-Tech w/Merc 1075's yesterday. Out of the box 150 on the rev limiters.

If you're still looking for a nice cat I also have one on Bullocks site. It's a 36 Spectre w / 1000's. Its got a cabin and a windshield. Might be more in your price range. Either call Bruce or email me if your interested.
