I may not be Wal-Mart, but if I don't take care of people like they do I will be no more. That's why people go to the Mom & Pop store anymore...to get personal service and integrity that they can't get at large chain stores. Just good business, that's all.
I know where not to go for props now.

I have sold a good amount of stuff on OSO and I always make it a point to tell someone they can return it for a refund if they are not satisfied, its just good business. On the flip side, I have had nothing but good results from my purchases so far
