NYC boat show
Was anyone else disappointed by the NYC Boat show this year? I went today, and with the exception of the Outerlimits display, it was barren. Almost no manufacturer brought any serious performance boats. I'll attach some pics of the Outerlimits in a little while.

It was very poor. Formula had their whole line. The 47' yacht is beautiful, but for $800K it should be. I liked the paint on the 3 OL's, but what was the deal with the engine hatches being closed? The only open one had twin 525's Big whop. The triple and the 42 GTX with 6 drives were both closed.
Fountain had the most boats I've seen in years at the show. The surface drive on his cruiser are pretty wild looking. Course they had as many fish boats as offshore stuff. Guess they have to show what they are selling. Same was true with Donzi.
I hope A/C is a better offshore show.

I haven't gone in the past few yrs. because there is not much performance stuff. I'm sure it is expensive and a PITA to get there. So mabey is not worth it for a company to show there.
