Yep. It is tight enough that it should not flap going down the road at all. I will find out next week when I pick it up. The cover was made specifically to tow with, that's the reason for the "sock" is to eliminate stone chips.

You will love the full hull cover. Believe it or not, they are easier to put on than one that just covers the deck. The full hull doesn't want to slip up over the rub rail.
When I had mine made, the man told be if I towed with it on to tie the cover down with line, do not use bungee cords, they will flap in the wind and damage your paint.
