Anyone a drug rep????
The wife has been in the Medical feild for 15 years, and cant take it anymore..... She is a market manager for a national rehab provider manages 11 clinics and around 35 people. She wants to get out of health care but thats where all her education and experiance is. I think she should be a drug rep sell viagra or something thats where all the money seems to be. anyone a rep? good field bad field?? what do you think? I guess she could try to get into HR....but the West Michigan market sucks right now...

My cousins husband has been doing it for a couple of years now (for Merck) and seems to like it. The money is pretty good but can end up (after some years if in a good market) really good.

My girlfriend has been a drug rep for Eli Lilly for the past 4 yrs. She used to work in the hospital as a oncology pharmacist . She now is Long Island sales rep. for lilly for there drug Gemzar, which is a chemo drug. She puts in more hours as a rep. ,but the pay and the benefits are much better. Tom

My wife is a rep for Bristol Meyers. She sells a hypertensive and a Quinilone, Her background is in the medical field. It helps alot. Lots of hours but pay is better than she ever could have made in the lab and free car, gas , ins. Your quartly numbers have to be good or you are gone. She is on a plane to Dallas as we speak for a week of training. Makes it a little hard on "Mr. mom" and our kids but she loves it.

My sister is a rep. for Pfizer, and yes they do make Viagra.
She loves the job. the pay is good plus you get a company car, insurance, and gas for free. She said the training is grueling though. You also get a new car every 36000 miles. they give the Pontiac Grand Prix, you can pay extra if you want the GT or GTP.
