Snowing so bad i cant stand it
this is the view from the office this morning
I bubble the dock so it doesn't freeze the rest of the lake is snow and froze over

Miami is only a few weeks away thank goodness

SNOWMOBILING! Got another 6" of powder last night! The powder is so deep on the river that we actually got stuck in a drift that was at least 2 feet deep. Never thought I would accomplish that!

last weekend I was in the UP at the cottage and the guy had just plowed the drive so I thought the drift that had formed was soft and I could get thru. The drift was 6 feet high and can form in an hour with the wind off the lake. I hit it rather slow and it was too hard, I drove up on it and my wheels were off the ground. I had to go to town on a sled, get a drunk from the bar and jerk me out. He had a Dodge 1 ton and he had to jerk me at least 10 times to get out. If it were not for a snatch strap I would have needed a loader. When I found I was stuck I looked out the side window and the snow was up to the middle of the window on both sides, I had to go out the back to get out. This is on a SD PSD with a 3" lift so the drift was really deep. I won't be doing that again
