I'll have to scan my brothers pictures from the C.G. He said the first time the boat flipped, he thought he was going to die but they had it all vidoe taped to prove that it's only upside down for a short few seconds. He said most of the crew came up puking or with salt water snots!

Cap, that has got to be one hell of a ride.
Cape Hatteras is known as the Grave Yard of the Atlantic.
It is really something to see the boats that they used Orr's with to get out over the surf to make a rescue.
Of course always in bad weather conditions.

i remember watching think it was a&e with the coast guard up in the northwest with the crab fisherman and the danger those men go through. was it the colombia river or something like that and between the river, pacfic tide and wind. no way hosay
